Our CMM level 3 process certification helps us to add value to our services and ensures maximum returns on investment (ROI) for our clients.

CMM is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their overall performance. CMM can be used to instill process improvement across a project, a division or an entire organization. It helps integrate conventionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.
Benefits of CMM Certification:

1) The organization's activities are explicitly linked to its business objectives

2) Visibility into the organization's activities is enhanced to ensure that its products and services meet customers’ expectations

3) The organization is constantly evolving by learning from new areas of best practice (measurement, risk, etc.)

CMM maturity level 3 requires an organization to have a defined set of standard processes and institutionalization across its processes. Every level of CMM has some process areas that need to be institutionalized in order to achieve that particular maturity level. To acquire any maturity level, process areas falling under that level as well as the process areas that fall under the level below need to be fulfilled. There are 18 process areas, which must be fulfilled by an organization in order to obtain CMM level 3. All of these fall under different categories, such as:
